Visible Damage: For items such as broken glass or missing parts, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, providing photos or videos of the product and its packaging. Beyond this timeframe, damage will be considered the result of misuse. Return Conditions The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and components. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified. Resolution Options Once the product is received and the quality analysis is approved, the customer may choose to:

Receive a full refund for the product value. Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable if the delivered product matches the order and is in good condition. Warranty All products include a 30-day warranty starting from the date of receipt. To activate the warranty, the customer must provide a short video (up to 1 minute) or clear photos demonstrating the defect, along with the original packaging and shipping label.
